## The visual builder

* Design multi-step flows on a drag-and-drop canvas

## The building blocks (node types)

| Node              | What it does                                             |
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Trigger**       | The starting point that kicks the whole workflow off     |
| **AI Agent**      | Place an outbound call or run an AI interaction          |
| **Decision**      | Branch the flow with if/then conditional logic           |
| **CRM**           | Update contact, company, or deal records automatically   |
| **Communication** | Send an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message — or make a call |
| **Data**          | Transform, extract, or map data between steps            |
| **Wait**          | Pause until a set time, or until a condition is met      |
| **Integration**   | Connect out to external tools and services               |

## Ways to trigger a workflow

* **Manual** — run on demand with a single click
* **Webhook** — fire when an external system sends an event
* **Schedule** — run on a cron schedule — daily, weekly, monthly, or after a delay
* **Email** — trigger from incoming Gmail messages, filtered by label or attachment

## Scheduling

* Set precise cron expressions, or pick a simple recurring interval
* Schedule with full timezone awareness
* Preview the next run time before you save

## Watching it run

* Live status for every run: Running, Completed, Failed, Cancelled, or Timed Out
* A timeline view showing each node execute in sequence
